I have read that tire manufacturers have formulated compounds that eliminate this problem, but it is one place to look. Another is that you create static electricity by sliding around on the car seat. If you are wearing non-conductive shoes, the static electricity has nowhere to go until you touch the car. I have read that if you have this problem you should touch a metal part of the door before you get out of the car.
