They look easy, but I'm to the point of getting aggravated and don't want to put any scratches on the bodywork. Can anyone who has removed them offer any tips? Thanks...

I was in the same boat until I didn`t care anymore [:)] I just taped the bodywork to protect it. Took 2 kitchen knives screwdrivers and started to lift the damn thing with FORCE. I started from inner bottom side. You`ll see where the tabs are, lift right beside them.

Two main things you`ll need are FORCE and COURGE[:)] The tabs are actually very durable. I`ve taken mine off 3 times not breaking anything.

it is really easier to remove the bumper cover to get at the tabs to remove it. only thing hard to get at is the 2 on each side hidden 10mm headed screws going in from the bottom, took me about a hour both ways to remove it and install a factory fog lamp harness that also has the wire connectors for the acc. running lamps

Do it when the cars been in the sun.....use tape to protect paint....plastic pry tools or some people use dull butter knives....see pic for locations of clips. Start at top.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I ended up using a tool I had for removing those plastic pop rivets. I used used some sliver duct tape on the painted areas then got a good grip with the tool and those bad boys just popped out pretty easy. I was able to do a total install of my new DRL's in less than an hour.
