Rattling at low RPMs

I have an SVT with 79,1xx miles.

The problem I have had for about 6 to 8 months or so is that I get a rattling sound from the front center of the car when I am first and second gear and the RPMs dip to around 900 or 1000. I will typically get it when I have depressed the clutch and am pressing on the gas, and I am beginning to slowly lift up on the clutch.

Anyone know what this could be?

I have had my 02 replaced in the past, as well as the heat shield for my catalytic converter.

throw out bearing. does it rattle when it idles with the clutch out?

In neutral? No. But If I am stopped in first gear and pull my foot off the clutch it rattle as the rpm gauge passes 900-1000 rpm.

Do you have the stock SVT clutch? There was an upgrade from Ford.

Mine does it to, and has done it since i bought it, rattle is extremely loud.

if its a throw out bearing it most likely rattles with clutch pedal out. it could rattle in neutral or while driving.
mine rattles all the way to 2100rpms and it sounds like the engine is knocking when im ideling. but im about to replace it all with a fidanza flywheel and new throw out bearing should be fun.

rev it up from the engine bay and make sure its not one of the many heat shields....if its nothing external im gonna guess through out bearing also
