when i got my aftermarket stereo they always seem to put the stereo on top and on the bottom the pocket. is it posible so have it on top. I like the stereo lower since on my manual, I can use it faster without the remote... and keep my hand on the stick...

sure just rip it all out flip it and stuff it back in. since you have the 2003 the top corners are rounded, you might need to do a little trimmin on the adapter plate but there is no reason you cant put it in there. the screws are on the sides to you can still mount it in. i dont think it was a clean fix but it can be done.
