Please Help! Capless Fill Valve Stuck!

I stopped on my way home from work today to fill my 2012 Focus Titanium. However, I was unable to stick the nozzle into the capless fill valve. I was not using a non-standard nozzle (E-85), and it is the same station I always go to. I am on fumes and will never make it home tomorrow if I can't get gas. Anyone run into this before?

See if you can get the little funnel in.

Its located in the same location as the spare tire.

It Worked!!! Thanks so much! I am going back to the gas station to try again now. Not sure WTF was wrong.

You're Welcome! It may be that the pump nozzle was warped or something. The capless system has pretty tight tolerances for the nozzle size. If you use the little funnel to fill up, be careful because the pump will not shut off automatically like normal.

another thing that stops you getting the nozzle is if the end of the fuel nozzle is not cut straight or if you try to put it in crooked it will not open
