Over Reving Problem

Ok i have MSD Ignition,OBX Headers,Cold Air intake,Magnaflow exahust,and 65mm TB and now i have a over reving problem... it started when i put the throttle body on ... i need help i tried everything except putting a tune on it... over revs so much when i put it into gear i jerks really bad in drive and reverse... i need help

Over rev....as in the revs are hanging? Just trying to clarify....

when in park i rev at 2000 rpms

Broken Throttle Position Sensor or nice big vacuum leak, or both.

would it be a vacuum leak on the TB because i can put the orignal one back on it everything works fine

goes down to 700 rpms when in gear.... when i first put it on yes new gasket

just because you put a new gasket doesnt mean it will seal unless you cleaned the mating surfaces well

did u disconnect the battery when u installed the TB? mine did this and i reset the ecu and it was fine. also make sure the tps is in the right holes. my FC 65 has 2 set of holes for 03' and 00'-02'
