Ya bro that seems to be how it is with that part. I went through it more than a year ago. Ordered the part from RD (said it was in stock), then silence for a week. Contacted RD and they were like, oh we're waiting on more stock but we'll let you know. 5 wks later still silence. Contacted MST and they were like oh ya we sent RD more a while ago. Tried contacting RD. Silence. Contacted again 3 days later (making it clear i was aggravated and prepared to make it known in reviews) and suddenly I was contacted and told the part was on its way. All told it was about a 2 month ordeal.
I did eventually get the hose, but be prepared to do a fair amount of fitting/trimming to get it to fit. It's nice that I have it now but I had to work for it for sure.

I get the impression there's some sort of drama btwn some of the vendors and "picking sides" when it comes to the drama. I really don't care about that sort of stuff and will gladly patron whomever might offer a part/service I want; but I've sort of sworn off of RD after that affair. Customer service was, to put it politely, "lacking". I think I've seen Tom hint in one or two posts that he offers the same part. You may wanna ask him if he carries it too. Customer service has never been an issue with him.

 

I had to get a refund. RD did the same silence game. He had to check with the supplier, and said he posted on facebook that he was getting more within 2 weeks, however I just cancelled the order after 2 weeks waiting. It still shows in stock. Thankfully RD gave me a prompt refund. I will have to say that was the good part.

 

Just stumbled on this post, I ordered my mst intake tube probably like 6 weeks ago from RD and it arrived today, shipped directly from Taiwan. You can get them you just have to be patient.

 

Yup same here, ordered mine first of the month did not get a tracking number with my email conformation so I called Mike. After a few calls he called me back to tell me he just generating a tracking number (I am guessing that means putting it in the mail.) but then silence no email, no call, nothing.
