the answer to that , i don't really know.. what i do know is that the factory part is pretty good, and with some decent cables can handle just about anything you throw at it

thai is tru. but if you really want to upgrade get the msd pack form massive. oh and make sure you get the wires (massive has more colors)

I ran the MSD, but still upgraded to the Screamin Demon, only bad part is you have to buy the Live Wires or Nology wires to go with the Screamin Demon, the MSD coil use a standard wire plug so you can use whatever wires you want. I didn't see a huge difference but man will it shock you harder. LOL Ohh yea and the MSD is half the cost for wires and coil.

Wrong! ^^ I have the screamin demon coil and I have MSD wires because the livewires were garbage! So you can use MSD wires w/ the screamin demon coil. The STock coil is great and you should only upgrade if you have a problem with it. If you must change it then go MSD!

Don't waste your time or money on those things. Unless you have a failing coil and bad plug wires, you will largely be throwing $150 down the drain for MAYBE 1-2 HP. Invest that money elsewhere and be happier with the end result.

FYI the STOCK coil will support well over 350whp.... you gain absolutely NOTHING by upgradeing.

thbe only thing you gain really is the abililty to change the color of something to match your engine bay paint scheme

If the stock one is so good, why did it disintegrate when I was taking it off? I wasnt rough on it at all, and it broke to pieces. I replaced mine with an msd ignition from massive, and it works great. The stock one went bad, and thats why I switched.
