I have access to a full machine shop were I work...are there any reason why I shouldnt just make my own??? some sort of balancing issue or anything? if not does anybody have some dimensions off of their udp I could use to make my own? Thanks guys.

Maybe the dealer would be willing to let you measure theirs if they have it in stock. I don't know, but some parts guys are pretty cool and may let you. I have stock pullies on my car, so I can't really measure them, but I'm sure someone on here that has switched to UDPs has their old ones lying around.
