well it doesn't look totaled but its gonna suck waiting for the insurance company to fix it, they are so slow, you better call and bitch to them everyday for like a week straight or they will take there sweet a$$ time, unless they have already seen it,

Sorry, but it looks fixable, I fixed my front end before, I can see your hood is buckled, just like mine on my first accident, same type of shit. Guy had no insurance.
And the back, well u need a new bumper of course and maybe pound out the side.

I'm ok physically. Mentally I feel raped. Now I am stuck with a Pontiac God Am rental. Going to switch to GF's Neon on monday to save on rental cost.

Well the back door is open because once I opened it get the car seat out, it wouldn't close. It is an accordian now. They will have to strech it out. I also hope that to much rain hasn't gotten into the car. Sure don't want to smell mold the rest of the time I own it.

Thanks to all for the support. I don't think I have a choice but to get a lawyer. Sure my insurance will cover it, but that doesn't make it right with me.

Do I hear a neck/back injury?? After two accidents(not my fault) that left me with nothing I feel sorry for the person who hits me next!! I can't stand ppl who sue(mainly for nothing), but after two it's time I get mine.

Well the guy who has the policy on the car (Lets just call him Grandpa) gives me the sob story about being on fixed income and he would help if he could. I finally got an estimate from the Ford Collision Center and they gave a rough estimate of $9127 before teardown. He said that the rear floor pan is bowed and the left Sub frame rail is bent and from what he can tell the radiator is bent but not sure how bad. So they would have to add to it if they found more damage after removing parts.
Wonder what the chances of finding another 04 ZX5 Sonic Blue out there would be?
