HELP with brake light switch

looking to get some help with pictures and instructions on how to remove the brake light switch.

I push on the brakes but no brake lights come on.

push on it for a while and finally they start working

can I just clean the switch or should I replace it.????

Switch just take a 1/4 turn to pull right out, not serviceable.

ok, got the brake light switch replaced.[cheers]

thanks to everyone

but one more stupid question......

when i turned the old switch and removed it ther was another switch that fell down --it is also located on the brake pedal side and the plastic is green... could this be for the cruise control?????[?|]

HAZA---------we now have cruise control which stopped working 2 years ago..
