So I took my focus to the dealership to get the 911 assist/system heath check update and they couldn't upgrade it. They had the car for like 8 hours and had me pick it up when they closed because they couldn't get it. Told me that it would drop the install half way through. Now I have to wait for some technician or something to come so he can look at it. Anyone have any idea why this is or had the same problem before?
The only thing I've done to my car that would have any bearing on that is put a sub in. I don't see why that would affect it taking an upgrade though... I got it to upgrade on the syncmyride update thing fine.
