That's right... the very first RS part I bought was the front upper grille in '06, and started collecting all of the conversion parts in '07. Now I have nearly everything I need: bumpers, sideskirts, fenders, quarterpanels, undertray, wheel-well liners, a few carbon fiber pieces, and a host of trim pieces, lights and mounting brackets specific to the RS, including front and rear crash bars. The wheels are the last major pieces I need, then it's off to the body-shop! []

July '07 (I received the front bumper at this time, too):

December '07 (Euro washer tank, rear bumper lights, fender sidemarkers):

February '08:

July '08 I had the steering wheel re-wrapped in the RS pattern, but with red perforated leather and a "blackwood" center indicator at the top:

January '09 I received the front lower grille:

May '09 I got the rear bumper, mounting bracket, crash bar and crash foam. Not pictured is the wheelwells I also received:

November '09 I finished the doorpanels in red perforated leather, too:

January '11:

February '11 I got some parts powdercoated, and got the Euro fuel door:

April '11 I finally finished the rear panel inserts:

Not pictured sometime in early 2010 (or maybe late '09, I can't recall), I received one of the last sets of RS sideskirts as well. It's been a heck of a long time coming! LOL

I don't like to talk trash about anyone's work or anything, but seriously the fact that this is losing to work that is clearly not up to par with other highly-liked images is unfortunate and somehow unfair.

A lot of people agree with you there.

We could always go the drastic route and have everyone on here whore it to all of their FB friends. The one that's in first place is just not good. It was a cool picture to start with, and the photoshopped wheels make it look terrible.

That's basically what he's doing... I've found his posts on forums that have nothing to do with cars... LOL. If any of you guys want to whore it out, please feel free! [ffrocks]
