It depends on if you have the zetec or the spi.

when i looked at the link, they look like a shorty header setup, not a very good header. i would go w/ a focusSport, OBX, or SVT setup, they work very well, and you can use them on an auto no problem

that is also a shorty header. a long tube header will perform alot better

if you go with the SVT setup, you need to buy like 10 more things to install it correctly

 

That last ebay has some crap placement for the o2 sensors.

 

The ebay one looks just like mine but mine is from obx! I didn't have anytrouble at all with my o2 sensors, and for $51.00 I would make the os sensors work!

So probly a shorty and a flex pipe is the best bet for "street legal"?

 

SVT would be best for both being street legal, and gaining horsepower, in my opinion it is definitely worth the extra parts and money just from what i have read on here, just hold out on a header and save for the SVT setup

the svt header is the only long tube that i know of that keep the cat.

While the SVT setup seems better, the problem is I dont have the money to do a total conversion... comes to about $800. I tend to just swing with the Pacesetter header and a Flex Pipe or High-Flow cat.... no major changes while taking off the stock crap.

 

there are better shorty headers out there than pace setter. ther stuff is low quality

 

ya jba shorty header which is twice the cost and if i was going for that then i might as well do the conversion..... but the Pacesetter is a better quality then stock.....

oh then there is mac which is around the same price as the Pacesetter yet forgets to mention the quality of their shorty.

the stock exhaust mani is SS, its 409 stainless i beleive

pacesetter is mild steel

ive had a pacesetter exhaust on my other car and it was complete crap! trust me your better off saving your money for something else

 

I saw a headman shorty header on e-bay they're a repuitable company. It was going for cheap too.
