Ok so Im bored and wanted to play a game,

I want to see who can guess what my new competition build is going to be like Ill give a list of things going to be involved, but you have to guess how they all work together ,but im just going to tell you lol

Im using 2 audioque SDC2.5 15s rated at 600 rms, good for 1000 rms each on music with a good clean signal. will burp on a saz-3500 wired at 1 ohm

Ill be usign a 4 cubic foot sealed prefabbed box. it will be inserted into a 20 cubic foot shell, the box will make up the rear of the vented 4th order chamber.

i can slide it forward and backwards to change the ratio from 4:1 to 1.5:1 to tune for spl or music .

Hey Zetec got a question for you figured you would know. So we have talked in other posts before about systems that we are doing or have done. I know you build SPL vehicles which is awesome and alot of fun. I used to do that as well but now I am building my a SQ focus. My question is with all the power/current your pulling what type of alternator are you using. Mainly I'm wondering because I need to get something alittle larger to accommodate my new system. It doesnt need to be to crazy Im thinking between a 150-250 amp alternator. Even that might be overkill. The amps that I'm using are 3 Mosconi AS line amps with a combined fuse rating of 240 max. The 3 amps are internally fused at 80 each. I personally will never use the max fuse rating.

I know what I need to run everything I was just wondering where you are getting your alternators. I have looked into Ohio Generator and Stinger but wasnt sure if you were using one of those or just getting yours custom spun at a shop.

Good luck with the build. Ill post more of mine soon.

Alternator wise I always recommend 4 different companies of which i have personally used and or clamped for output and all do at or above rated...

Singer
Iraggi
Excessive Amperage
Tenny Alternators

Around 240 amps is the most that can be done on a small6g case such as the focus
now Mechman use to make a Big case kit for the Zetec Focus which can support a large 6g case capable of 270amps +

I am currently on a stock alternator which is ok for burp situations...but I have a 200A Tenny Alternator ready to be installed ..Just trying to decide on what i want to do system wise first
