Before I go ahead and buy this kit next month I have a few question about this kit.

This kit is designed to run off the crank, should it be place there????

CFM oil pump are they any good and if so how far can it be push before breaking point????

My dry sump kit is from Titan, I've run this past 7k in boost but do not do so on a reg basis. This is on a fully built, turbo'd zetec in a fwd car.

I've had this set up for 3yrs now, 2yrs running. My tank is a peterson fluid systems 2 gallon, my filter block is made by Canton Racing, all of my lines are aeroquip, most of my fittings are aeroquip and some are summit racing brand. I run a standard zetec oil filter but am soon moving to a canister style filter (less messy to change). I normally run royal purple oil.

PM me or email me inis@kctuners.com

If you go titan, make sure you get there new pump. Its capable of passing the bolts through the pump which will make mounting it a ton easier. Mine is studded and makes it more difficult getting the nuts on.

I personally like replaceable filters, dry sump pumps are expensive..a good replaceable element will work wonders. Plus the system one filters are high dollar, for what they cost I could buy some of the most expensive element filters I can find and it will still take years apon years to get close to what a systems one filter.

I think systems one filter would be great for a stock oil pump/style, but for a dry sump.... I'd rather make the extra investment now. I've seen in some cases guys run dual filter set up's.

On my latemodel I check the filter every race , System 1 filter for about 8 years thats about 18-22 filters a year at 13.00 a filter so thats 250.00+ a year x 8 years = you see where I am going

All my Dry Sump customers run a system 1 or oberg which are both washable filters and for over 20 years issue free

Filters like these are also free flowing
