Why hate?
That's actually what our cars were supposed to be named.
Kind of disappointing that Ford didn't follow through.
All the other SVT products have unique names.....Cobra, Lightning....

But there's still one other SVT-badged Ford that didn't get a special name, the SVT Contour. I don't know how I would have felt about the car if it had ended up being called the Piranha. I get the name, a small but ferocious fish that packs a big surprise, (like a certain small but ferocious car) but it still seems like kind of an odd name to me.

Looks good, but it's true about Pontiac having the rights... I have pics of the Piranha concept. It was pretty cool looking, but what really caught my eye was the blue. Eh, so SVT has 2 vehicles named (Cobra and Lightning) and 2 that aren't (Focus and Contour).

 

i know u said its bad lighting and all..but man that looks bad. looks like silver colored cardboard foam cut into the shape of the letters. im not hating or anything sorry!
