Well, I got sick of my blue and white door panels so I removed them.

I decided to clean up all the wireing while the car was naked. I painted the doors a nice glossy black, and they came out very nicely, although I'm having second thoughts about even putting them back in. Before I do take the time to put them back in, I wanted to know if anybody knows where I can get something similar to these wrc door panels?

Wherever I look i can't seem to find em. Im thinking ill probably have to fabricate them... but not in carbon fiber i dont have the money for that. If worse somes to worse, I'll just tear the vinyl off of my current panels, get the sticky crap off of the plastic underneath, and paint those. Point being, I dont want my door panels the way they are anymore. Any info on those wrc door panels would be awesome, or any ideas?

The vast majority of the WRC Focus is custom-made, no one I know of sells the CF door panels for the Focus.

i had seen a company out of new york that does carbon fiber "painting". i had seen some of their photos and it looked good. you send them the part and they "coat" it. they didn't call it painting. don't know if that would work for ya, but i tried. i'll look for the link.

oh wow carbon fiber "coating/painting"? Never heard of that before but that might look really nice on my panels Thanx for the link. Yeah I'm probably going to end up painstakingly peeling the adhesed vinyl off of the plastic and painting it. Too bad I dont have the funding to make custom carbon fiber door panels! lol..

just lay out your own CF its just like doing fiberglass

Sheets of CF are friggin expensive! That's the only reason that isnt an option []
