the hid bulbs they sell are only $15 a set. do they look the quality hids? do they burn out in a week? why are they so cheap?

i have 3 kits in 2 cars from ddm, the oldest 2 have been in my focus for over a year now with zero problems. shipping does take a while but its well worth it for the price.
