An update on the River Rat.

Well she's still running strong put the Rotas on here last year when i went to Ohio since they are about 5lbs. lighter than stock wheels and tires. Just drove it to Ohio again last week about 450miles each way and she averaged about 32-34 mpg. Not to shabby for a car that was in a river. Here are some recent pics and some i took on the trip going through the tunnels.

Mines been like this for 3 years. I was one of the first people to do it with actual paint not primer.

Where are the tunnels? We have the second highest number of tunnels in the world, at nine: Hampton Roads Virginia (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, etc.)... there's a place in Japan with eleven.
