Would a 215 60R/16 fit on a 2014 focus se sedan? Looking to fill out the wheel well and get more of a rally look.

That's 5% more sidewall profile from the stock 215/55r16. That's only like the difference between a worn tire and a new tire as far as height goes at less than 1/2". I would say without a doubt it will fit but it won't make much of a visual difference.
The aspect ratio is the height of the sidewall measured as a percentage of the section width. In this case, 55 tells us that the height of the sidewall is 55 percent of the section width. To get the height, simply multiply 215mm by 55 percent(.55). The stock tire’s sidewall is 118mm or 4.65" tall. In the case of the 60 the sidewall height is 5.07".
