Codes that i'm getting are p0300. p0301 and p0303. Car has 80k miles and i didn't want to start throwing parts at it but it hasn't had a tune up. What plugs should i use (brand/model/gap)? And what coil pack (are the aftermarket ones ok or should i go with Ford)?

The Motorcraft SP463 standard copper plugs are cheap and run great in the SVT's.
.051 is the stock spark plug gap but many have opened that up a little with good results.
The stock Ford coil will support pretty much any bolt on mod you can throw at the SVT and then some. But you can also get an equally reliable MSD coil for cheaper in some cases. I wouldn't put a coil on if you don't have to considering your mileage. Sounds like you are in need of some new spark plug wires.
