02 ZX3 Won't idle

I am working on a 2002 ZX3 5spd zetec, I replaced the EGR VALVE, battery cables and the battery the other day. Vehicle is now being weird I drove it for 30 miles today with no problems and my customer did the same yesterday. then it starts this idling problem runs fine but wont idle. and now the egr code is back on. also this car has 110k on it. any help would be very appreciated.

What DTC do you have? Did you test the IAC?

I'd say check for vacume leaks and if theres a chance that extra air is making it's way into the intake after the MAF sensor, unmetered air does this kind of stuff all the time

Ok brain dead DTC = ? Was going to check IAC idle air control next .
