So im looking at upgrading my cams to a set of kent cams (not exactly sure which ones yet) and im wondering if i should also invest in titanium valve springs or adjustable cam gears. Im just wondering if i can simply just change my cams or if there should be more involved than that. [thumb]

cam gears you'll need to tune the Aft.Mark. cams, and valve springs really depend on the stage cam u go w/...alot of people run stock springs w/ say the Ford Racing stage 2 as well as alot of other cams w/ similar profiles...it all depends on what u want teh car to rev to though....any higher than 7k or so w/ aftermarket cams, and you'll get some nasty floating..
it really depends on your future plans for the car..

as he said springs all depend on the lift of the cam you get. It really depends on what you ar looking to get out of your car if you are staying NA and a daily driver go with the FR stage 2s. Only reason i suggest them is because I have them in my car and say really good power out of them through the powerband. I am sure there are other cams that are similar though. These cams are simple to install if you are somewhat mechanically minded. Well thats my 2 cents...

Agreed ^^ If you are driving on the street the FR stg 2 is a very nice choice. It makes good power over stock, but is still very driveable with no bad manners. Plan on adjustable cam sprockets and some dyno time, so get all your mods done together to save $$$$
