Yup Roger, the judge ruled that Goodell didn't have sufficient evidence to give Brady such a heavy punishment...didn't say anything about whether he did it or not.
There obviously wasn't enough evidence at convict him. Do I think he knew about it? Probably, but I honestly don't think it's that big of a deal. I am 99% sure that almost all NFL quarterbacks have their footballs prepared a certain way. I really don't see it as cheating, just one of those "everybody does it" type deals.

Didn't follow it close, seemed pretty thin when doing a favor for equipment guys was listed as evidence of a conspiracy.
What was it? Hand out a couple tickets so the low paid guys could play big shot and bring family/friends to a game?
That's just sharing the wealth (he gets them free) and taking care of the guys who take care of him. Spreading perks like that around is normal.

Each team shouldn't be allowed there own balls. Have them supplied by the nfl mandated across the board.
