Hello. The question is in regards to this thread thread here

Could you let me know which one you think would be best? Also are there anything wrong with the 02s so I should stay away and get an 03 or an 04? Could someone please run the vins to see if the cars are AOK? Thanks guys!! I dunno if theirs anything else I should know about them. This will be a daily driver in snow included so I know I can take and put on 16s...but any problems or things I should be looking at b4 I buy?!?!? Thanks!!!

I went with the sonic blue svt but thats my personal prefrence its the one i always wanted. They all are nice cars and big upgrades from the regular zx3. I upgraded from a 02 zx3 about 2 months and no probls other then the thermostat needed to be replaced, but my car already had the computer reflashed by a dealership and i think that helpeds it alot. I have only had the starting bug one time wich it just acted like it was loaded up, but other then that its been ok. Once you get your svt you wont regret it i havent yet it actually spoils you because the svt is so much nicer it more refined i guess. I has many little things that i had wished the zx3 had. Im not ragging on the zx3 i loved mine but i couldn't go back to one now. What ever color you pick it will be a good one because it will have the svt badge on it [thumb]

You can always request that the selling dealer fax or email you the Carfax too...

My car is an 02 and has had almost NO issues, and is bone stock and I run the hell out of it. Guess it's just a happy collection of manufacturing tolerances...

I drive my 03 all winter with out any issues using factory 16s with 205/50/16 snow tires, and can't ever recall any rubbing. As for your previous thread, go for the comp orange euro if you can. The wheels are no big deal, but I would kill to have the HIDs and the Recaro seats. Plus I think it would be nice to have a limited production color like comp orange or screaming yellow.

yah I really want the yellow cause one of my friends has comp orange but I searched the whole internet and found not one except from a few for sale here from private sellers. I would then have to sell my car and wait a long time to get the cash and whatnot so I'm goin today to see if I can give em my car and 3500 for it. I think that is completly fair since the kbb values are only a grand apart so I'll give em 1500 more so their happy

[8D]with gas going to go back to 3+ dollars again and the SVTF using premium only [thumb] you might want to re-think your decison [driving] but i get 28 to 31mpg every tank. and it's so fun to drive. but go for the orange one.

hey thats still better than my average of 21!!! I think it'll about even out I guarantee I'm gonna drive slower at first cause I'm gonna elarn how to drive stick on this car :O

Dude....go with what makes you the happiest. If you really want the yellow then wait for the yellow. Sometimes waiting for want you want will be sweeter in the end..... just have a little patients!

yah I went and checked out the orange one and it was a POS!! Seiously the person who bought that had ZERO respect for it and treated it like a pos. scratches everywhere, leather torn, plastic in the hatch scratched, carpet in the hatch scratched, missing rubber pieces that cause the trunk and hatch to meet, etc. etc. etc. horrible!!!

think about the orange and the yellow though...even though its a focus(which tends to blend in very nicely, which i appreciate) do you want to draw that type of attention from the wronge people?

but i would agree go euro if you can find it
