Hello,

Having a somewhat strange issue. It happens at different speeds but pretty much the rpm's will drop to 1.5 and the car starts hesitating to go any faster. Only way I can get out of it is by stepping on the gas to raise rpm's. I have read many people having issues with throttlebody's and I wonder if this may be the case for me? I have 133k miles on my 2010.

No check engine lights have ever been on. Any feedback would be greatly appreaciated.

Thank you for your time

Sounds like my problem and it was diagnosed as the head temperature sensor being faulty. If that is your case be sure to find the specialty socket to remove it from the head ( first you must remove the alternator ) for my 2001 twin cam 140k miles, it is a 14/ 15 mm o2 socket that no one seems to have.

Different engine/sensor location - duratec for '10 is between the center two spark plugs.

"limp mode" for overheat would have a dash light lit, and yes a bad sensor could show hot when it isn't.
