What's your take on these in a 17. I can add a red pinstripe.

I like them just how they are.

I'd say buy them and do the pinstripe. I've always been a fan of the red pinstripe on black wheels and it would work perfect with your color scheme.

Haha He said 350 for just the 4 rims or 500 and he will include a slightly used set of tires. [twothumbs]
No curb rash either he assured me.

Definitely go check them out! I will tell you from experience though, I had stock 16s and went to 17s. I then wanted 18s within a few months haha

Yep. I have stock 17s and wouldn't mind going up to 18s if I didn't like the sport wheels so much. Also there's that money thing...

Cause money isn't an issue or needed to pay bills or anything... Sigh... I live vicariously through all these build threads. Can't wait to see what's next!

Not a bad price. I found my ST wheels new with tires and tpms for $500. If you think you are going to absolutlely love those wheels I say get them, if you tjink you are going to still eventaully get 18s hold out.

Ya I hear ya. I'm going to go check them out for sure and see what I think.

So many possibilities

I think those look better than the Konigs you posted in the SGM thread, and $350 for all four sounds too good to be true.

My favorite 17" alloys for a Mk3 have always been the OEM ones for the black pack, but it's not likely you'll get as good a deal on them as on that Enkei set. Usually Enkei does a good job of keeping the weight down, too, which would be a big concern for me.

If you don't mind the extra weight and can find a good deal, the 18" ST "snowflakes" always look great, especially in Rado Gray with red calipers.

Thinking of 18s in gray brings a few others to mind, too:

Team Dynamics Motorsport Pro Race 1.2 18x8 on dyn085's 2012 Ti hatchback. (Also available in 17x8)

Bremmer Kraft BR10 18x8s on chadinfocus's 2013 hatchback

I won't even get started on all the choices at Tirerack.com -- I can get lost for hours at that site.

Oh man decisions decisions haha. Thanks for all the feedback. The tires are almost brand new too. For 500 it's hard not to! Tires are Yokohama 225/50-17, $500/set with the tires already mounted and balanced

Also, thanks for all of the support with the voting for ROTM. Don't forget to vote if you haven't ;)
