for a street car under 200hp, doing just the lower torque mount with ES, MAC, or VF inserts/mounts will work. Doing the other two "pivot" mounts isn't really a good idea if you don't need it, since 80% of the engine movement is controlled by the lower mount.
i just added ES lower inserts to my 2005 Focus and it did a great job of controlling engine movement. NVH control has diminished a bit at idle (mostly with a/c on) but i think a fix can be done by bumping up the idle speed when the SCT xcal2 is added.
