Yes the little front upper grille with a marker light on either side exposed. All other mk1 foci have little grille slats over them. I owned the car for 5 years and never found a replacement the back of mine was cracked

Yes the SVT is the one you are looking for the zx3 has the slats you are referring too, but the euro mk1 is also different. That's a part you have to be on your toes with keep looking and buy asap when you find it or just get a euro
