Focus and Evo (PICS!)

Well, was out with a friend on Sunday, realized I had a camera phone, and here is the result...

Don't ask what mods are done to the Evo, all I know is that is disgustingly fast, its turboed, shaved, neon on the interior, boomin' system, gauges galore, bembro (bembo?) brakes, 17 or 18s, no cat converter on the exhaust, and its a car that will tear you to pieces.

But still, I love my Focus.

i donno, the red on an evo doesnt do much for me, give me silver or black....what kind of front bumper or lip is that on your focus?? i like it.

BMXer.. your name brings me back to the old days... I used to tool around on a Dyno Detour Frestyle.. red with the white mag weels... I miss that bike.

Its a Xenon Black Widow II.... has the matching sideskirts and rear as well. And its a lip.

I think that is the tails that evos come with. But I agree red would be nice.

Quick unfortunate story about my buddy's Evo...

He came out of his apartment the other night to find two kids walking around his car.. He asked them what they were doing, and they started mumbling and saying "Whoah.. this is your car? its.. realy nice.. Really cool..." And then the hustled out of there.....

... when my buddy walks up to his car the next morning, his ENTIRE passenger side had been keyed... both doors.. straight marks, and curvy marks... these little bastards really DUG it in.. He was pissed.

I looked at him and told him if he drove a Yellow Focus, it wouldn't have happened.

Not that I should be making fun of his pain and suffering, but I'm a smartass.

Poor guy, though.

Your car looks good. Is it possible to take the little black strip off the doors? Might look better,IMO. The evo is sweet, especially in red. I think the red black contrasts nicely.

It IS possible to take the side mouldings off, but painting them is a better option. IMHO, I think the black helps break up the sea of yellow, and the lines on the car look better because of it.
