ST has same hp as an svt if i recall. Which means a zx3 would need more than intake/exhaust/header to keep up.

No. ST doesn't have same HP as SVT. It has more torque though.

Far as i thought, ST had 170. Correct?

At the crank.

Ours was dynoed and made 129/135 at the wheels.
