I recently ordered their H420SF brake package (rotors and pads) so here's the review:
Pros:
+ Prices good, quality namebrand product
+ Shipping reasonable for 30 lb box!
+ Box arrived within 2 days of ordering, well packed and safe
+ BAT employee on phone was friendly and read back my info for accuracy
Cons:
- Have to order by phone
- Didn't get tracking number for box, though it had one being UPS (forgot to ask, not sure if that was a possibility)
- Site doesn't mention shipping cost, and I wasn't informed of how much it was when I ordered (again, didn't think to ask)
Overall pros > cons, I still have to give them a 9 out of 10, I would definitely order again, and recommend the company to people interested in products they sell.[thumb]
