Hey everybody! I've been lurking around the forums for a while now so I decided I should introduce me, but I really just wanted to post some pics of my car. It was such a nice day, I couldn't resist, but get my butt off the computer and go outside.
Anyhoo, my name is Dave and I'm 19 years old and going to school for interactive multimedia. I am not a spoiled brat, I am paying out of the ass for this car while I pay for my college. I have little money left over from each month to spend on new toys for my car and my weird addiction to Japanese rock music (J-Rock.)
My car is a 2002 Focus ZX5. I got it about half a year ago and I didn't know much about the Focus, but I had a Escort ZX2 and it was giving me problems so I took to the shop. It was gonna cost over 1,700 to fix it all which I knew it was a highly exagerated lie, but I decided that it would cost more to fix the car than it was worth so I'd get a new car. I had a dream that night of a black Ford Focus, so I went out and got one the next day. Needless to say, I fell in love with the car and became a fanatic. I first got some APC tail lights and then I found this forum. It helped me pick out which clear corners I wanted (even if the Starburst don't seem to be the most popular) which I just recently bought. I also used this forum to cut about 11 inches off the horribly long antenna.
This is the first car I want to mod so the mods come slowly as I learn. I am smart when it comes to cars. I only know the basics, but I learn fast.

It's weird how half of my car is clean and the back end is pretty dirty. I didn't even notice those handprints on the trunk. GEEZ!

My next projects are painting the calipars and drums and then to Nightshade the orange signals in the front.
