That is the Zetec s rear. Also called the appearance package kit. I have this exact kit for sale in the BST.Looks good!! May i know where you ordered the rear valence? Thanks!!!

I think you were right whome. I finally measured them again, and the rears seem to have settled into their advertised drop (I measured about 1.25", ~32mm). The fronts measure about 1" drop so far (~25mm). I assume the fronts aren't fully settled yet. I'll measure again in a week or two. It looks about the same as the pic I posted.
