Dirty/ bad IAC, or TPS. Cracked/damaged coil pack. Cloged/dirty injectors, fuel filter. Fouled spark plug/s... Is your car throwing the CEL? Maybe something is up with the turbo... Vacuum leak?

It wouldnt be any of those gav if it only dose it when power kicks on from the fan and amc imma check that out tomorrow when i het time is the indicator like right on the fan

My bad, i misunderstood what you said. If its happening Only when the fans kick on then yea, do what amc said and check the resistor, it is on the fan shroud housing, when u unplug it there is a good chance the connector will be melted...

If IAC sticking it could indeed be it too. Needs to respond instantly when fan comes on.

Also, if the idle is not dead perfect with fans OFF, then an issue that, when fans come on, aggravates that worse. Crap running engine runs even crappier when you suddenly throw a load on it.

Make sure the LOW fans are working, if only the HIGH is, then that jolt will be worse.
