Lets start posting them here.
I was actually wondering if anyone has pictures of the Kona Blue Titanium Focus?

I feel a bit slow to not have noticed earlier. Are you just messing with us with the backwards lettering on the side of the building, and the right hand drive conversion?Hoping to do my side skirts/valence, too, but the cost of paint is a little prohibitive right now. Might wait until next spring. A big mod once every season cleanses the enthusiast's soul [thumb]

I flipped the pic, the other way looked weird, I'm not used to the front end facing right. Good catch, though. [shhh]I feel a bit slow to not have noticed earlier. Are you just messing with us with the backwards lettering on the side of the building, and the right hand drive conversion?
Thanks! I've owned 2 white cars, 2 red cars, a blue car, a black Focus and a previous silver Focus. so far, Silver is my favorite. doesn't show dirt like others and the metallic in the paint makes it really sharp in the sun.Misfire: you make me wish that I ordered silver every time that I see your car.
You are going to love White Platinum when you get it. [thumb] Especially with the Borbet wheels and the Titanium's bright window trim. If my wife didn't already have a car that color I'd be considering it as a strong rival to the silver I'm leaning towards now. (If she had her way, we'd have both cars that color.)Misfire: you make me wish that I ordered silver every time that I see your car.
Here's my White Platinum SEL 303A.
I told the dealer I wanted a Foci of any color except black or white....until I saw this white!

Apologies if posting these pictures of other peoples' Foci rather than my own (I will if/when I get one) is hijacking the thread -- I should have done this in the "You're NOT doing it wrong" thread, instead. But these cars are just too beautiful to resist. Besides, if these photos are not already posted somewhere in the 65 pages of this thread then they should have been. Here's my SEL Hatch with my new Sparco Assetto Gara Gold 17" ! ...

Arco-Zakus: thank you so much for posting that. It made me feel a lot better. I love Misfire's car and had this pit in my stomach last night, thinking I'd made a mistake. I've had a blue, silver, and black car already. White is something different for me. Your response made me gain confidence in my decision, though. Appreciate it!
Thank you!! [wiggle]My GF has the white tri coat Platinum on her C-Max and it is a sharp color! I looked at the Oxford and tri coat at the dealer and the tri coat shines well and even when it is dirty, it looks whiter than the oxford next to it, so much more forgiving when you don't have time to wash it.
I think that rear spoiler is the single biggest improvement that can be made to the appearance of the Mk3 hatchback. The more aggressive one on the ST looks good with its more racecar styling, but the shape of yours is perfect with the stock body style.
I agree. It's subtle but makes a huge differenceI think that rear spoiler is the single biggest improvement that can be made to the appearance of the Mk3 hatchback. Agreed! I plan to do this at some point down the line -- just need to find the confidence that a nearby body shop can match the White Platinum. I also need to do some research (i.e. browse your history or get lazy and PM him - ha!) on which spoiler to actually get. I like this price quite a bit for the OEM and this price for the Zetec. Will -- I'm going to PM you in the future for advice, I just know it.I agree. It's subtle but makes a huge difference
True, but many still are. Even for a good shop, "Tri stage paints are usually the hardest ones to match." I've never done it myself, but it looks like it would require much higher than average skills to do it right. If a body shop can't match paint then they shouldn't be in business. Just look for a top notch place that's been in business for a while.
