So my 2.0, auto zx4 has been having very weird electrical problems. It begins with a clicking that comes from the guage cluster, like the brights are being turned on and off quickly. Then the brights actually do start flickering, both the indicator and actual lights. The car then lets off the throttle by itself and flickers back and forth no matter the position of the gas pedal. Radio turns on and off also. I have went to multiple mechanics and they have no idea what it is. The car has 132,xxx miles and has previously been involved in a front end accident. I don't know how severe it was.

A clciking relay is usually an indication of intermittent or insufficient system voltage. Possible causes are a faulty battery, a faulty voltage regulator, another type of alternator problem, a wiring short or a wiring break.
A thorough inspection by a qualified automotive electrician should get you sorted. A "general" mechanic is probably not going to be interested in investing the time and effort into tracing the problem; electrical problems are time comsuming and tedious.
