Holy crap you guys drive a lot! Picked up my '13 on March 27th with 40 miles on it, and I'll probably break 2k barrier in a week or two. I get about 25/gal since the 5 miles I drive to work has about 12 stop lights.

I have mine since september 2011 and it has already 46 500 Km = 28 893 miles. And here is my fuelly (I skipped some 5000 km of them) :

I have bunches of miles on mine

The car was purchased 4/1/2012. As of 8/3/2013 I have 102,000. I drive about 6000 miles a month. It varies from month to month but I do accident photography for the insurance companies.

I will add this for those coming up on the mileage.

At 30,000 miles, I was having a leak on the bottom of my transmission. Ford opted to replace the entire dual clutch assembly.

At 79,000 The Catalytic Converter went. It just locked up the car. It was covered under the 80,000 mile warranty. There was no warning. A yellow light came on and the car started to sputter.

At 92,000 I was traveling down the interstate. The tach rev'ed up, and the display said "Transmission Malfunction Service Now" The car started to sputter and I barely made it to the dealership. At this time Ford had made 3 different changes to the dry clutch clutches and system. The problem was the throw out bearing exploded. That was exactly what the service manager said. Ford also issued a Service bulletin to replace all of the dual clutch's. This dealer had to pull 5 cars off the lot to replace them at the same time mine came in.

I have also experienced a problem with sync that has not been resolved. What Ford is doing, is when you get in the car, and hook up an Ipod, the sync system has a buffer, but instead of erasing the buffer and reloading the index, Ford is just ignoring the used buffer and creating a new index. If you are not driving the car a lot you would not notice, but I have to do a master reset about once a week to clear all of it. If I don't, I cant pull the tab and ask the phone to dial anyone by name from the phone book, and I cannot select artist from the pull tab.

I had one other problem where I got out of the car, locked the car with the key fob, took pictures, then came back to the car, to hear the radio playing with the car off, and car door locked. I had to record the incident on my camera just so the dealership would believe me.

Finally, No matter what tires, which I have been through 3 sets now, I use, I have never seen gas mileage numbers better than 32.5. I have noticed the amount of miles till empty changes based on the type of gas I use, but the avg MPG does not change. I reset the computer about every 2 months.

I replaced the spark plugs at 100,000 with iridium plugs from Ford. I have replaced the brakes twice. I use Napa Pads. $30.00.

The tires currently on the car are the Pirelli P7. I had two different continentals but I like the Pirelli the best. They are very quiet.

My warranty runs out in 15,000 miles. I have a 120,000 mile warranty I bought from ford that covers everything from head to toe.

I bought my 2013 Ford Focus hatchback SE 5 speed as a commuter vehicle into Winnipeg. I typically put on 140 km or about 87 miles a day. So far I have put on 560 km.

Hopefully the combination of top tier gas, 5 speed stick, and gentle driver will allow this car to live a long time

58432 miles and avg about 24.5 in city driving, very hard driving.[vommit] also have a 2008 Focus with 167,000 miles I retired to my daughter still running strong.

Currently have a bit over 1,700km. I took several Fridays off, the car should have more on it. I am currently averaging 6.3 l / 100 km per tank according to the display, which is very accurate. That is around 44 mpg or about 33 miles per US gallon
