Hey All,
As I'm sure most of you know, my focus was recently totaled. However, nearly everything in the engine bay looks salvageable. That being the case, I would like to pull the engine, clutch, flywheel, throttle body, header, CAI, and short throw shifter and swap them all into a new ZX3! Now, that sounds like a lot of work, but, with enough of us there to do the work, we can hopefully get it done!
Now, I have the car being stored in fremont, and am willing to have it towed to anyone's house who will be willing to hold the event. I will also take care of removing the carcass when we finish up. I was kind of hoping that Kris may be able to help me out here, being a tow truck driver and whatnot.
If anyone wants to help, I would appreciate it! And, I will provide beer, bbq materials, and maybe some cash for anyone willing to help out. I'll be seeing most of you at the g2g today, so I'll bring it up there as well, but I'd like to get the idea out there so we can have a place to discuss it.
Here's a few pictures so everyone can let me know if I may have missed something in the engine bay that would make it unsalvagable.
