Well I am kinda light headed from the epoxy fumes. Was a little slow to realize that ........maybe I should sit the piece I was working on outside to cure instead of leaving it in the dining room lol. Been a long annoying day.

Not saying others can't work on there cars but no major jobs, like timing belts and such, I don't have time for that. Front sway bars are ok though, IMO that's not a major job, it's only 6 bolts 14 if you count the endlinks and sway bar mounts lol. If everyone list what they want to do maybe we can make a priority list or something like that?

Well karts was fun, Steak N Shake was good but hitting the curb in the uturn avoiding someone stupid sucked. Messed up both rims on passenger side and definitely bent the tie rod. Popped the plate out of the motor mount as well. Hopefully nothing else is messed up like control arm or cv shaft. Would like it to be a quick an easy repair.

Thanks for coming back and waiting with me guys. Tow truck showed up about 5-10 minutes after you all left. Wish incouldabmade it to Paul's. Maybe next time.

Donald. I heard. That sucks. Hopefully nothing major.

Yea it was a good little meet.
At track 21 it was Donald, Travis, New Guy Ian and me.

Definitely has changed at Track21.
And then we hit up Steak N Shake in Katy. Smaller than the one off Hwy 6 and 290.

Then we started to head towards Paul's.
Got the word about Donald's ride and turn back.

Wow, he hit the curb hard. We got there and definitely saw the bend rod.

But glad the tow-truck made it to your car in time though.

It was nice meeting Ian and his clean EAP SILVER SVT. Yup EAP Silver.

We then made it to Paul's and helped him somewhat (well more Travis) with putting in his front lower subframe.

And we did Ian's Thermostat and O2 Sensor. Also learned his Fan came out, but a good thing we caught it ... it was starting to burn off sitting on the headers.

And I got to do 3/4rds of my brake fluid. Why 3/4? because one of them didn't want to bleed. I have a clogged bleeder valve on one of the brakes I found out. nice.

Oh and my coil pack bracket broke too ... yippee. Eh, not a focus meet with something broken somewhere. Well, it looked like we all had something to do.

Sorry to hear about your car Donald. I had fun wish I could have had y'all stayed longer. We got back home late tonight after going to my in law's for some food and to see my brother in law who is going back to Washinton tomorrow. As soon as I get done watching the talking dead I'm going to go back out and finish the SVT up. I hope to be driving in a few hrs tonight.

sucks about the bleeder valve... and coil pack.
my fan did the same thing, but it was my fault.. it still works (or worked when i swapped it out) but the plastic housing was melted and formed to the header.. but like i said. still works.. just ugly..

haha same thing with mine. mustve popped off rallying or something. i used a couple zipties to hopefully keep it in place from now on. also my radiator plug's head broke off when i was tightening it back, so hopefully i can get it out and replace it, even though its not leaking right now as far as i can tell. i had a great time meeting everyone and i really really appreciate all the help on my car! its def nice to have people that know these engines take a look and tell me whats wrong with it lol
