looks great! I was talking to the guy about buying that car myself (so that I'd lay off my SVT a little bit) but the tranny work scared me off.

Can't say I'm not a little bit jealous, still...lol

Good buy!

PS--I like the way it looks, as-is :) (except the back end)

I am sure that this wing is not functional, but wings can be useful on fwd cars. At the track, a functional rear wing keeps the back end planted in fast sweepers, though their impact is dubious below 80 mph or so. Based on its placement, though, that 'wing' probably doesn't have much impact on drag or downforce.

yep, well didnt know it was the tranny told me that it was the clutch was busted. Actually have it in writing on the bill of sale that only problem is the clutch. So maybe i might beable to get him to swing some $$ my way to help ofself the cost of the tranny. Getting a 10k mile one for $475 shipped so not really much more than a clutch (which i hope is still good). And need to figure out what tools/parts i need to change out the tranny and clutch and swap the posi unit over to the new tranny. Ive never liked the mid wings, about my gf's car its very uniquie color its not the common sun whatever is it gold its the other one, you cant find the touch up color anywhere. Only have seen one other foci that color and it was a 4 dr foci sedan.

that is crazy!! i personally dont like the rear end, tail lights, bumper etc. but other than that, its a damn nice car for 6K. I wish i had a turbo [:(]

that front bumper looks awesome...

i like the looks of the whole car....

where i could get that front bumber??? do you know the name for it??

Looks good...now all you need to do is change around the body kit, get rid of the hood and tails, and clean up the interior! Awesome ride for the $$ though.

i like it except for the rear bumper. i love the body kit and i am still a fan of those tails. dont listen to others, build your ride for yourself. i love your rims too.....are they the velox vx8s. they look like it

Yup, considering the turbo kit along is $4k without tuning on a dyno. The kid was the original owner, owned it since new. It had 74k on it which isnt too bad considering my girls 01 zx3 has 98500 on it. I figured it be better off starting with something mostly done since i would have eventually gone this route in a stock car and it would have endedup costing me tons more $$. Supposily there is close to $20k he spent on this car, i dont know how true that is. I added up all the parts and they came to around $12/13k not incluing labor/tuning etc

nice car hwat I dont like has already has been said it would be cool if you got a 1/4 mile time on this bad boy! Alsso keep the intercooler hidden it will keep the other cars guessing.
