clean ride, congrats on the purchase!

While it only has 5200 miles on it, the car IS 10 yrs old (in July) so I look at the timing belt...quickly. Interference
This. Congrats on the new ride! Looks clean... and new. haha [woot]

so lucky... congrats.

^^^Last owner never drove it so he invested in the battery
Why buy a car like that and then never drive it?? You hear the stories time and again about someone who bought an unusual car and then just parked it in the garage and never used it. I don't get it. But when they finally decide to sell it, someone benefits. In this case, you! Enjoy your "new" SVT Focus.

If I could find a JR S/C that doesnt look beat i would do that. I know its not the best route but for a daily driver its cheap and reliable boost. The long term plan is to DD this and get a new or barely used 5.0 to drive in the summer/ on nice days.

In the mean time im thinking intake/exhaust. But the first project is def going to be a Double Din nav.

too rich for one with 5200miles... with the new car smell still??? its barely been broken in...

It's a cool car, good luck. Just check all the rubber parts for any age related wear, such as brake lines, cooling system, vacuum lines, gas lines, etc.

I once bought a low mile Crown Vic, that was 15 years old, and a brake line snapped.
