Hi, wanted to see your 6262 installed so checked your thread, VERY nice work!
One suggestion, I would swap out the timing cover (center metal part) with a SVT one and then use the SVT poly pass side motor mount. The bolts are spaced further apart and seem to support everything better. I'll check I'm sure I have a spare I can send you for free. Or swap when the mount eventually needs replacing.
Thanks! Good idea, should had think of that, installed a Ingall's to help the dogbone since I was breaking them easily, have a solid one for track days though.

Highest fuel octane available down here is 91, we don't longer have 93 and after replacing coil and O2 sensor, fixing some exhaust and boost leaks and some other details, we went to the dyno again. On a very conservative tune and still with exhaust and vacuum leaks manage to stay about the same.

An ignition wire touched the downpipe and messed up 80% of the work, Fernando had to work a lot more than we thought. Curve came out very nice and the car feels totally different, finalizing this one and a new race gas tune coming soon.

Handles much better, it feels like a lot more power, 225/40/18 are useless... Already got rota 17's to stick 245/45.

nice i just go tmine out on the road today...need to gap the plugs a little more closer...tried .035 and it still hesitates sometimes after shifting

I could have told you that in advance, heh. Even with my measly power, 225/45/17 doesn't hook until 3rd gear, and that will change with more boost.

I know...I know... Used to be on sportlines with 18x7.5 45et and anything wider or taller didn't fit.
