Ok so I dropped my drink cap and felt around under the passenger seat for it when I felt something loose. It was a piece of plastic and I just had to tug a little for it to come out. This is what I pulled out. I have no clue what it is or how to put it back. Any help on what this is? I haven't even put stuff in my back so I know its not something that fell under the seat from me and it seems like it might have been latched to something.

LOL, it seems like a harmless piece to be off but still it has a purpose I'm sure. It was directly under the passengers side seat. When I get off work Ill see if the drivers has same thing. Still curious to what it is and why it was just loosely hanging there.

It really looks like the vent for the passenger in the back, should pop back in!

as stated, it's the vent for the rear passenger. i popped mine out accidentally not know what it was. there's also one under the driver's seat.

The stock floor vent has been found to restrict airflow to the posterior cabin area.

Removing this restrictive nozzle allows the rear seat passengers to breathe easier, but also allows them to produce more back seat driver commentary in a shorter amount of time. Remove the vent at your own risk.

A replacement vent with larger diameter airflow capabilities is in the works. This new vent will allow for dress billowing (a la Marilyn Monroe) and also provides an optional connector directly to the boca region of the passengers (allowing them to breathe, but inhibiting their back seat driving). An additional value proposition for the greater airflow is that the consumer will be able to open the hatch and experience additional propulsion via "enhanced air waffling."

That is the directional vent to direct heat to the rear seating area.

ServerTech, we posted at the same time...

That's the air vent like Jobu and everyone is saying... those bubble like indentations are what hold it in place. It should just slide back into place, a little 'pop' feeling should let you know those bubbles are lined up and set again.

You had to tug on it to get it out from under the seat, that was a bit of a clue!

This reminds me of a guy I knew at work that said he had something stuck in his mouth that he couldn't get a good grip on to yank out... after an hour of him struggling with his own mouth we asked to see what he was talking about; friggin' guy was trying to yank his uvula out from his throat! Twenty something years old, and it had to be explained that was supposed to be there... good thing he didn't get it!
