I'm parting it out to maximize profits. I'll post a For Sale thread in a bit.

I have my eye on a 350Z.

Yeah, I'm just counting my losses. I've replaced a lot on this car and it still doesn't work correctly. Not to mention, the way it bogs with the A/C pisses me off something fierce, and that will never go away. Also, my lights still dim for some reason even though I upgraded all the wires and have a fairly new alternator. Stuff like that.

sucks that you're gonna part out man. I was looking forward to seeing what your car was gonna do. but if you are serious about parting out, shoot me a pm w/what you're selling. I'll probably be able to use a lot of the same stuff that you have on yours.

You may need a new battery cuz I got the 01 factory wires to battery the original alternator. I don't have that problem and I got a 2000 watt amp running my subs with no capacitor or second battery. If you have underdrive pullys that may also be your problem because your alternator isn't spinning as fast.

I have a 1 year old Braille battery and I don't have underdrive pulleys.

my lights flicker while i drive as well. i am using a odessy pc680. And the car will always bog with the a/c. u are running a big manifold and decent sized turbo so u have lost some of ur bottom end. I am running the same manifold and i am have similar issues. Its just somthing that happends when u shoot for big power.

I have went thru some crazy shit also with my build all just as upsetting as what u went thru. U jst have to stick with it man. Im about to pull my motor back out. Its been in for only 2k miles, built motor and i have a fried ring on number one piston and front and rear main seal leaks oil. Its the name of the game.
But good luck with the next car. U should look into 2011 mustang gt's i plan to have one in my garage come Febuary. then the focus will be the weekend warrior...

I'm tired of the Focus for several reasons. They just all add up. I stuck with it for a pretty long time. Just time to move on.

you'll enjoy the 350z... good luck making it beat a sti though [neener]

i basically done the same thing.. except i just kept the body to play with. now look what is happening to it lol

Not getting a Z. I just want a toy that runs well and sounds good.

S-95 Rustang might be in my future [:)]

LIke i said bogging was another issue, i dont bog at all with or with out ac on at 1500 rpm

Mine bogs... is this just the SVT? Ive learned to drive with it. I dont expect to get out of anyones way with the ac on OR try and keep up with anyone Lol

mine never really bogged either. i didnt even run the iac valve and it still didnt kill it.
