Throttle position sensor. It's near the throttle body, on the back, I think...might be different than an SVT.

it is on the side of the throttlebody take it off to check and see if there is any water still in there(ive had some 5 days even after it rained) or to see if the center part just falls out either way it is shot and you have to replace it

The purple part is NOT your maf , the maf is more then likely what the filter is clamped to and has wiring going to it and by the pictures you posted earlier is not properly installed and why your getting water in it when its raining

Tom
Just saying its not properly installed helps me zero. What is wrong? I did find a L shaped cut/hole in the wheel well so i think the tire was basically spraying the filter... I patched that.

I cant figure out how to get the IC off... Do I have to take off the bumper and stuff? The screws holding it on from the top/front of it appear to be bolted from the other side. There is def some water in there.

SO far I changed to oil, cleaned/oiled the filter, patched the hole from the wheel well, cleaned the MAF with maf cleaner.

It runs a lot better but I am still getting some stall.

Tom told you how to make it right in your other thread.

Retuning and changing the BOV has nothing to do with the filter sucking in water
Nope, he said re-do your piping so that you are blow-thru, which means your MAF would be nowhere near the filter. Additionally, I'm sure you can buy a coupler, some clamps, and a 45* intake pipe to angle the filter up.

It is already angled almost straight up inside the bumper.

I think the main problem was the L shaped cut/hole in the wheel well. So the tire was probably spraying the filter.

That could be true. I'm not surprised you still get the stalling issue. As we said before, you are venting metered air. If you move the MAF *after* the BOV, all will be well.

I just drove around again, now it just a bit of a hiccup around 7k in 2nd. It has to be the water that was in it and there probably still is some. at least thats my best guess and i am obviously by no means an expert... It went from perfect to hitting the gas feels like you slammed on brakes and now back to nearly perfect.

another drive, 1st 2nd 3rd to 7k a couple times and no problems
