Any way you could like get a real shot of like the rear and the side of a car. And then shop a carbon color on the trunk. Generic phots like that sometimes throw the whole perception of the car off.

I disagree with every statement here.

There is no flat black on the outside of the car. IMO the wing will look VERY out of place.

The wing blue? And the hood CF AND the trunk.....I think with he blue wing it ties it INTO the car, so it looks like it fits with the rest, if not, the wing will look like it came from something else. And will thus look out of place on such a BEAUTIFUL car.

If your paiting the wing, Blue. If it is already painted blue....LEAVE IT. the problem with CF trunks and hoods are you have to tie them into the car, a black car? Super easy. Blue? takes a bit more finesse. With the wing being blue it ties it ALL together. for an overall finished, and modified look.

That's my opinion. If you want a wing? Blue is my vote. If you want it any other color? I am going to stick with no wing.

enjoy, think hard.

Also, making the wing CF is going to be TOO much on the rear end. I vote trunk since you need one. As for the wing DO NOT go CF. It will start to look akward at that point. I rocked a CF hatch on my talon, had a CF wing.....looked retarded. Went with body matched wing.....man did people LOVE that look.

SEE!!! All the boys who have been into CF trunks for a while ae doing it RIGHT.

If you check out my gallery I have a CF lip and hood. I've had alot of great comments on it. I want the CF trunk to tie the rear end into the front. I am thinking of leaving the spoiler blue to match. I'm so far goin towards leaving the spoiler on.

Good man, Like I said i had a CF hatch, i also did a hood, and not a lip but a Splitter.

Either way, leaving that wing color matched will seriously tie it into the car. And not start to fade into that region.....of the four letter R word lol.

If need be, might look into getting some paint done on the hood, but rather then the ENTIRE thing just the sides. Just as a future thought. Doing that, and leaving the wing blue....would REALLY complete the whole painted/CF look IMO.

Well just going by the photoshop, its hard to say. My vote would to be get the carbon parts sprayed blue to match.

Cant say for sure how the blue spoiler would look on the black. I kind of like what 303ST posted. Find a carbon spoiler and get part of it painted to match the car. That would really tie the thing together nicely

Okay so everyone knows I'm not getting the CF trunk to reduce weight. I'm getting it because I have a CF lip and hood and want to tie the rear of the car into the front. So painting the CF trunk is out of the question. Sorry guys.

Well the CF trunk lid and SAP rear bumper have been ordered. The bumper should be here next week and hopefully the trunk lid also.
