meh, it looks pretty dumb if you ask me. a 4 cyl with dual exhaust...absolutely no need, extra piping and the fitment is way off man. sorry dude.

Sounds good, just needs a ton better fitment...hopefully the new bumper hides the fitment better.

Also..just a question...but don't you lose power with a 4 cylinder and dual exhaust?

unless there's some BOOST evolved in the equation, but it still has to look right too.

still no need... there's one exhaust manifold.... on a v8 it is beneficial. On this car it's more for looks and sound. At least it's different.

Should look better with the bumper, either way its a win bc it doesn't sound like a Honda. Sounds very good!!! What type of muffler and size of piping do you have?

did it to be different, not for hp.

the pics i took are at a low angle to show the setup. driving behind me, you barely see it. standing behind my car, you just see tips.

if you are on the fence on how it looks, wait til my bumper is on to dog it or not. i said earlier that its sitting a little lower to allow fitment of my bumper that is at the body shop. im obviously not going to leave it this low. if you leave a comment to say you dont like it because the fitment is off and the pipe shows, please wait til my bumper is on to say you dont like it. its a work in process like most of our cars. thanks for being honest tho.

here is a pic of the rear bumper when i did a quick test fitment.

as you can see in the pic, the sides of the bumper and the fins in the center will hide all pippes. all you will see are tips.

thats s nice bumper... cant wait for the final product..
thanks
look -yes

sound- no

yeah. its def sounds different. the last thing i wanted was a ricer sounding exhaust. i like that its a nice deep tone and doesnt sound like me farting into a paper towel tube after eating taco bell

Tips remind me of a SRT-4. Like they way they look and sound.
My old setup used SRT-4 tips!

Of course there is "no need" for it, there's no need for a lot of things people do, it's an aesthetic thing and personal preference. It's not like he duals from the header back, just a dual tip. The fitment is a bit off but with a different bumper and maybe some tweaking I'll look great

[thumb] My setup obviously didn't add any HP but it did give a deeper tone, I'm guessing cause of the added resonance from the piping of the extra tip. Can't wait to see it finished with the bumper. I had to switch exhaust and got rid of my dual setup and I miss it alot. [bigcry]

Personally, i like the look, but as far as functionality goes: Fail. There is absolutly no need for a daul exhaust on a 4 banger.
of course there is no need. but this is a fanatics website. i like to be different with the mods i do to my car.
