2010 coupe mods

whats going on guys, i just got my first focus. its a 2010 ses silver coupe. and was just wondering whats some little stuff i could do to it.

1. handling
2. exhaust
3. Intake
4. and anything else that would help.

i was also what size 18 could i fit on her also

Check out Focussport.com, focus-power.com, and focus.c-f-m.com. There's tons of great products on there. You can also find K&N intakes.

Handling wise I'm not aware of what lowering kits there are out for the 2010, but someone else likely will.

Exhaust there are a ton of options. Shop around and find one that you like and can afford. Personally I'd go with Borla or the FSWerks stealth exhaust.

Intakes same as exhaust. Lots of them around. Just find a good one that you can afford.

18's should fit you'll just have to make sure to get a lower profile tire so that it doesn't scrape in the wheel well.

send b16sir1991 a pm for your suspension. he works at Hillbish Ford, and does alot of business with this forum. Im currently piecing together my suspension for my 08

im not the best with rims, but i think the biggest you can go is 18x7.5

If you get the Ford Racing kit from Hillbish, they will send you the shocks, struts,and shocks already assembled

He has 17" SVT wheels.

You also need to look into the offset but all these are covered in the wheels/tire/brakes/suspension forum.

8" is the width of the wheel. Too wide will hit on things as the wheel is turned, especially when pushing the the car hard.

yeah i went to look at rims at my local shop. but the MSR's i want are 18x8 and but do make it in the weird 4x108 which is killing me selection on rim options :(. i really do like the 18x8 MSR045s. im confused lol one person says this. other says that lol. but thanks for the help. wish i could just get the 18x7.5 in that rim

There was a guy selling one in the buy sell forum here, but I don't think I've seen one for sale (I may be wrong on this, as i've never bothered to search for it) But you'd probably have to make your own. That's how the guy selling it in that buy sell forum got his

ehh i think i mite just have to settle for the 17x7.5 and just slam do the 1.5 drop on her :). also have a question on this SCT tuner... wondering if its any good for the focus as far as good gains. and whats a good intake?

if you can look into the offsets the 18X8s come in, im sure you can fit them if you want to, and not have to worry about conversion kits and such.

there are hondas running 9inch wide wheels, just gotta run the right offset and with a wider wheel, you'll have to roll your fender alittle which is more beneficial than a bolt pattern conversion
